Sanden SD7H15SHD Super Heavy Duty A/C Compressor SKI4378S is a heavy-duty 12V replacement compressor designed for compatible Freightliner truck air-conditioning systems. This Sanden 4378 configuration features a 126 mm 12-groove serpentine clutch, 4802 cylinder head, vertical pad fittings, direct mounting, R134a refrigerant compatibility and 300 cc PAG 100 oil charge. It is designed for demanding commercial truck HVAC applications and is associated with Freightliner Century Class, Classic, XL, Columbia and Coronado applications.
